For the several years now, my colleague Phil Blevins and I have collaborated to promote the Smyth Washington Cattleman’s Association. This group is dedicated to the improvement of beef producer knowledge and cattle performance in our area. The association is governed by a board comprised by four producers from each county who meet periodically to discuss topics and set agendas for upcoming meetings.
