The father and son duo of Todd and Drew Baker took top honors on the boys’ all Southwest District basketball team.

Todd Baker guided the G-Men to the district title, region runner-up and a state tournament berth in his first year at the helm of the team. Drew Baker directed the offense and supplied three point shooting from the point guard post.

He was joined on the first team by teammate Cam Allen.  Regular season runner-up Va. High put Gavin Austin and Jordan Dixon on the first team. Tournament runner-up Richlands had Race Moir and Cade Berry on the first team.

Sage Potts and Preston Steele of Lebanon and Caleb Osborne of Marion completed the first team.  Chance Dawson and Nick Owens of Graham made the second team. Richlands had Luke Wess make the second team and Tazewell placed Jamir Blevins and Gavin Nunley on the second team.

Kyle Robinson and Kesean Goins of Marion, Jacob Jackson of Lebanon and Jake Johnston of Va. High finished the second team.
