Scale 1'' = 200' September 15, 1962,'' which said plat is of record in the Clerk's Office of Lee County, Virginia, in Deed Book 185, Page 470, and to which plat so of record reference is made for a more particular description of said lot, tax map #8A (1) 96. PARCE TWO (LOT 96A): All that certain piece or parcel of land in the village of Keokee, Lee County, Virginia, and more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin, the beginning corner to lot 96, having PVCC coordinate N-13, 334.62 E-20, 758.01; thence with Lot 96 one call S 76-30-00 E 151.57' to an iron pin, corner to Lot 96; thence leaving Lot 6 96 S 19-13-00 W 5.11' to a point on the northern R.O.W. line of State Road 606 N 84-46-47 W 93.63' to a point; thence S 86-41 40 W 46.16' to a point; thence leaving the northern R.O.W. line of State Road 606 and running with the eastern R.O.W line of State Road 624 N. 53-56-50 N 19-29-00 E 25.06' to the BEGINNING, containing 0.061 acres more or less. Tax ID: 8A-(1)-96 and 8A-(1)-96A. TERMS OF SALE: A bidder's deposit of $2,000.00 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is lower, will be required in the form of a certified or cashier's check.
