Notice of Trustee's Sale of Property Located at 362 Scenic Trail, Crockett, Virginia on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at 4:00 pm Pursuant to the terms of a Deed of Trust dated June 29, 2016, of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Wythe County, Virginia, at Instrument No. 160001646, and default having been made in the payment of the debt secured by said Deed of Trust, and at the direction of The Bank of Marion, Beneficiary, that the property be sold, the undersigned Trustee will offer for sale at public auction at the front door of the Wythe County Courthouse located on Fourth Street, in Wytheville, Virginia, on Tuesday, June 18, 2019, at 4:00 p.m., the following described property: All those certain tracts of land, with all improvements thereunto, lying and being in the Black Lick District, Wythe County, Virginia, and described as follows: Tract No. 1. "BEGINNING at a fence post below road a corner to lot of Daniel Brown; thence N 38 1/4 E 16 1/3 poles to a stake in E. A. Copenhaver's line; thence with his line N 72 1/2 E 8 1/3 poles to a stake ten feet from railroad limit; thence S 27 3/4 W 6 poles to a stake; thence S 33 W 12 2/3 poles to a stake in Daniel Brown's line; thence with same N 55 1/2 W 10 1/3 poles to the point of Beginning, containing 1 acre 8 poles." Tract No. 2. "BEGINNING at a stake on the right of way of said N&W Railway and corner to Mrs. Victoria Umberger's lot; thence with said right of way eastwardly to a stake at a point where the present fence stands; thence in a northern direction with the fence and with a line of Mrs. Kasey's land, part of the first part, to a stake on the public road and with the same southwestwardly to a stake on the public road and with same southwestwardly to a stake in the said Mrs. Umberger's line and with her line southwardly to the Beginning, containing 1 acre, more or less." And being the same property described in Deed Book 424, Page 228. This property has the tax map number of 53-56. This conveyance is made subject to the reservations, restrictions, conditions and easements of record in the chain of title.
