Head-on crash injures twoThe Wythe County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a head-on crash Friday evening on Peppers Ferry Road that injured two people. Investigators are trying to determine which of the two men in a pickup was driving the vehicle when it slammed into another vehicle.
There’s something to be said for satisfying customers.

Dissatisfaction with his job at a local grocery store as a teen led Gregory D. Arnold to work at Grubb Funeral Home in Wytheville. Today, the Wythe County native owns and operates Bucktrout of Williamsburg Funeral Home, the oldest funeral home in America.
