A Rural Retreat man is sought by the Wythe County Sheriff’s Office in connection with an assault on his wife Saturday night. Timothy Cimino, 36, of 302 Musser Avenue is wanted on a warrant for malicious wounding.
According to Chief Deputy Keith Dunagan, deputies were called around 6:50 p.m. to an apartment where they found Marlillian Cimino with bruises and swelling to her head and body. They had her transported to Wythe County Community Hospital where she was treated and released.
