The Bland County Board of Supervisors has hired E-911 and Emergency Services Coordinator Willie Howlett as its new county administrator.
Board Chairman John Thompson said the supervisors offered Howlett the job Tuesday night after the governing body’s regular monthly meeting.
“He’s very versed and knowledged in how the county runs,” Thompson said.
