The Virginia Highlands Small Business Incubator announced its sponsorship of a new series of educational classes titled, Noon Knowledge.

Cathy Lowe, executive director of VHSBI said, “We recognize that entrepreneurs need to have the opportunity to continue learning about tools that are helpful to small businesses in a limited amount of time. With that in mind we created the Noon Knowledge series. Our first series of classes will be QuickBooks A to Z. These classes will be held once a week for 1 ½ hours each week from noon until 1:30 p.m. for four consecutive weeks and are free to all business’ in Abingdon and Washington County. The participants will get an overview of QuickBooks, setting up company files, using different types of accounts, setting up inventory, setting up payroll, entering sales, receiving payments, paying bills and much more.”
