EMORY, Va. — Three Emory & Henry seniors made real-world connections without leaving their classrooms this semester.
Emory & Henry students teach at Brazilian universities in online classrooms

This photo was taken of Emory & Henry student Jordan Christie, pictured on the screen, as she taught a lesson on the renaissance of American literature to a classroom of Brazilian students via Skype, a video chat software.
The three Emory & Henry students who participated in the online pilot program communicated with Marcelo de Silva Leite, an international advisor for the Methodist Network of Schools in Brazil. The advisor was a visiting Fulbright Scholar at Emory & Henry College last spring.
