Elementary students evacuated from school

In the third incident in two weeks, students at another county school have been evacuated due to suspicious writing on the bathroom walls.
Students at Floyd Elementary have been sent to Floyd County High School, while authorities are checking out their school.
The Sheriff’s Office is still investigating the threats, which also caused students at the high school to be evacuated October 7 and 13.
Parents were notified about 12:15 that the school has been cleared. Students have returned to Floyd Elementary.
