Any dog fostered for the Wythe County Humane Society must be kept contained inside,  in an outdoor kennel, securely fenced yard or on a leash at all times.  No foster dog can ever be running free.  We have both inside and outside dogs.  We ask that any dog fostered is given your love and attention, and not left kenneled or crated for excessive amounts of time.  Please help if you can!
