A ‘preconceived perspective’ and facts are not compatable, nor co-exist—-The fact will be twisted to meet the preconception—We both learned that in Political Science 101, remember?

I do not see them as mutually exclusive.

That, my friend, is called a ‘closed mind’—YOUR truth is the ONLY truth—Don’t be late for your MENSA meeting—

I have an open mind, and my views have evolved over the years.  No one who has continued to grow is the same identical person at 40, that they were at 20.  As we garner more of lifes experiences we grow and some of our views change.

And your age is? Just wondering, so I’ll know when to expect your views to change—I was in the Military in the mid-60’s so we may have evolved together—

Freddie, you are older.  I am 47.

Take care of your health, my friend. The ‘Speed Bumps’ at 50 and 60 are h*ll.

I appreciate the advice.  At 47, I have high blood pressure & high cholesterol.  This weekend I had an eye exam , and was told I have to get glasses.

Follow your Dr.‘s Advice, 12—Seems like when we were young everything we enjoyed was either Illegal, Immoral, or bad for our health—-Now that I’ve become older all I can enjoy is eating; And can’t even do that; Same symptoms as you, My Friend—But, it’s been one h*ll of a good ride, hasn’t it??

I am all for “quality” of life.  Quantity is meaningless if you can’t enjoy it.  Yes, it sure has been fun!

Very true,‘12—-Like a trip to Disney World—-What matters is not how long you spent in the Park, But the number of Rides you got on—
