2012—Since you can’t spell Tazewell I think we can rule out Southwest VA—No valid plumbers license alone makes Joe the Plumber a liar—Wanting to buy the Bosses’ business, but cannot pay his own taxes reienforces his lying—As always, link, link, link—Do you feel the people of this area are incapable to do our own research using unbiased sources? I did not ask your party afilliation, only why so much -interest in VA elections and local forums?

As for his ability to pay his taxes, Obama took that issue off the table when he appointed Timmy Geithner as Treasury Secretary with oversight of the IRS, after not paying his own taxes.

Or crooked Rep. Charlie Rangel, chairman of the House Ways & Means Committee, who consistently forgets to report his income or how many homes he owns with rental income…........yet he, himself writes the tax laws.

Fear mongering, would be scaring people with untruths.  What have I specifically said that was untrue and not backed up?  Nothing.

Moral, would not be misleading voters with a far left agenda and passing it off as wholesome.

Calling Deeds a radical when he very often voted the same with your man McDonnell.  Does that make them both radical or is that one of those untruths?
This is an open forum and we live in a country with free speech which allows everyone to post that is registered.  2012 and all of us will be allowed.  Someone threatened the web administrators with lawyers because of the free speech right.  The administrators sort of have their hands tied.

2012—Unlike you, I do not wh*re myself or my beliefs to the highest bidder—I do not hide behind a computer and switch from one user name to another to avoid standing up for my own ideas or out of fear—Did someone take away your lunch money during grade school and you have never gotten over it?? I grew up in this area and have worked under both parties as a Transportatation Engineer for VDOT for 32 years—I feel my knowledge of infrastructure costs and materials may possibly equal your post-grad studies and I do have an idea as to which Govenor-elects’ plan has the better chance for success—-But, unlike you, I trust the people to make their own choice in voting—

Attack you?  You feel it is perfect to attack the President of the US and prattle endlessly about stupid things while displaying a PhotoShopped picture of the POTUS and then come mincing and prancing back to whine about being “personally attacked”?  Why don’t you start shedding tears like Glenn Beck?  If you don’t personally believe in your cause enough to withstand slings and arrows then maybe you should go back to molding dolls out of Playdoh.

And be very very very careful of this kind of person or thing.  There are some of those shills out there who post links that lead to virus , malware and spyware sites who then go in and steal your email address book, your passwords to your bank or credit card accounts and anything else they can get their slimy paws on.

I think most people on this forum is smart enough to know that but just in case there are new users tuning in here just be very careful and beware of those “links” trolls are all too willing to hand out.

Folks, you have seen the Three Stooges go on the attack, because they can’t defend their positions.  Whats the matter kids, don’t like being challenged on the playground. 

If you disagree with a point, then show it as wrong and quit showing your lack of emotional intelligence.

The attacks are childish attempts to divert away from the premise of a post.

I use links to credible organizations, including left leaning orgs such as the Wash Post, the BBC, & US Sne’s site.

You can’t disprove these sites so you try scare tactics with fanciful claims of spyware & malware.

For all the whining about all of those who disagree with him not posting legitimate arguments, I noticed that there was no serious response to the post about McDonnell having a fairy tale plan.  You use credible organizations including left leaning orgs such as the Wash Post, yet you conveniently ignored the parts that emphatically criticized the insincere seeming McDonnell.  You call Deeds a radical and ignore that they are very similar.  I suspect that you like McDonnell for that very far right thesis that you say is irrelevant.  I’ve never voted for one party or the other consistently but after the Bush/Cheney years and the continuing bs like attacking Obama for his speech to school children and idiots protesting outside of schools is pushing me toward the Democrats because the take over of the Republican party makes me ashamed of them.  I sincerely doubt you will find anyone here(actually in SWVA) who will defend Rangel. Rangel has nothing to do with this particular discussion, however.  I also sincerely doubt that you will call out any Republican politician for their own deficiency. 

Why don’t Democrats want time to read the bill?  I have no idea if that is true.  This is a seperate post on this site that you yourself started.  Democrats and Republicans allow the special interest groups to write these bills and then benefit from giving in to those special interests. I doubt they would want us to actually realize how much they do benefit.  Gale Norton isn’t a rep but I think she experienced those benefits.  Nothing new but something that we as citizens should continue to fight.

As to twisting your words, they were interpreted exactyly as the insult I suspect you meant them.  Childish attemptts?  Scare tactics?  Pot calling the kettle?

Hopefully, Congress will soon vote on the healthcare bill and Cap&Trade;, then card-check.  Who cares anymore?  None of it will matter when the dollar holds the value of paper and ink.  None of it will matter when oil is no longer weighed against the dollar or when China stops buying our debt or when the Middle East erupts like a volcano. Yet we bicker on whether a bill should be read by our elected officials and who started the name-calling.

While watching the debate last night it was easy to see that McDonnel has not changed.
When ask questions that involved those thesis veiws he refused to answer the question
and changed the subject to “Washington”.  In fact a couple of times I thought he was running
for governor of “Washington” instead of Governor of Virginia

McDonnell, a former state Attorney General, served on the Regent board from 1996 to 2004, during which time the institution had an equal opportunity rule “consistent with a scriptural family policy” – a reference to a Bible passage which states that women are to submit to their husbands

McDonnel did not even try to dispute the statement.

There is one BIG problem with your statement, I heard non plumber joe say during an interview
that he had worked as a plumber for 15 years.  Of course that was a couple of days after his
big show with President Obama and he was still on the “I’m going to buy the business”  and it was
before anyone really looked at his background.
But in your case don’t let facts get in the way of a pay post.
