Does anyone know any of the virginia laws about teens? If you are 17 soon to be 18 And have parents consent are you allowed to move out? Can the parents get in any kind of trouble for child abandonment?

It would be determined by your conduct after moving out.  Your parents can still be held accountable for your actions and your being allowed to do so unless you have been emancipated by the court.  You may want to contact the Department of Social Services to find out answers to your questions as they deal with this type of thing all the time.
