It is one thing after another with Sarah Palin.  How would you like your Governor to spend your tax dollars doing this.  Remember seperation of church and state is how our country started.

October 11, 2008
WASILLA, Alaska — The camera closes in on Sarah Palin speaking to young missionaries, vowing from the pulpit to do her part to implement God’s will from the governor’s office.

What she didn’t tell worshippers gathered at the Wasilla Assembly of God church in her hometown was that her appearance that day came courtesy of Alaskan taxpayers, who picked up the $639.50 tab for her airplane tickets and per diem fees.

An Associated Press review of the Republican vice presidential candidate’s record as mayor and governor reveals her use of elected office to promote religious causes, sometimes at taxpayer expense and in ways that blur the line between church and state.

Since she took state office in late 2006, the governor and her family have spent more than $13,000 in taxpayer funds to attend at least 10 religious events and meetings with Christian pastors, including Franklin Graham, the son of evangelical preacher Billy Graham, records show.

Oh my…the Huff, Huff, Huffington Post.

Faith-Based Obama

His proposal for government-funded initiatives is carefully tailored:

BARACK OBAMA gave a speech promoting faith-based initiatives recently that managed to upset both sides of the debate over whether and how to blend government funding and religious institutions. The strict separation of church and state types expressed dismay that Mr. Obama promised a continuation of what they see as undue entanglement.

So Obama will use our tax dollars for the same exact thing.

You spin “Obama will use—-“ but spin does not top the fact that Palin IS AND HAS BEEN using taxpayer money for—-.  I think Palin has been using taxpayer money for her own use down pat.

Obama went to Kenya and stumped for a radical on taxpayer’s dollars.  I think I can give Palin a pass.  I also see these are allegations, not fact.  Please post the records.

Folks,
Here is a heads up.  The left has several websites disguised as “news sites”.  Both sides have them.
The article appearing here is from huffingtonpost.  It is one of those sites.  Others include Salon, Daily Kos, etc.  Always check sources.  This stuff can become subject to so much spin, you will get dizzy.

Dan I believe we need to expose people that are posters to multiple sites, can the 1000 post be traced with certainty back to songdra?  If it can be traced back with evidence we need to expose it, if it can not be traced back she is simply expressing an opinion .  I am sure that both you and I defend her right to express her opinion, the reason we both write here is that we have opinions.

Oh, of course we can’t prove anything. And I doubt that all 1k posts are from the same person.  Just like with the emails that get forwarded around and around the internet, these postings are probably copy-pasted by many individuals in support of what they believe.

Its amazing how fast emails get passed around without anyone fact checking them before passing them on.
I read yesterday that most of the anti Obama emails come from one man and one web site.  There are many anti McCain emails also and I bet its the same way coming from one person/web site.

In the case of washingtonrpt/allentownguy/wythevillemom he has his photo up(except here) on the sites, I guess he works so many sites that he got confused on one and listed 37 year old female but his (male) photo.
