Just to let anyone who may be interested know, the court date for the hearing on the Williams family home is set for October 14, 2008 at 11:00 AM. According to my source, the attorneys have been contacted by several other members of the lawsuit to have their names removed. This is a good thing but does not mean this is over for the Williams family. I have heard that people think this is all over but it has not been settled. For anyone who did not get to sign, we still have the online petition in favor of the Williams family. The site is listed below.
