Good luck Tessa..it is really hard to find anything in that area for $350.00 a month.Wytheville area is so overpriced on housing it is unreal!!! I moved to the Claytor Lake area and believe it or not it is approximately $100.00-$150.00 cheaper a month and much nicer then there..I lived in Wytheville all my life until 6 months ago and relocated. You might try places like Northwinds if that is possible but I`m sure there is probably a waiting list and all depends on the income levels. Good luck!!!

Hey Tessa- I’ve been looking online for some information for you, but unfortunately, I am not finding any apartments or rentals in this area for that amount.  Have you contacted Social Services? They may have some suggestions.  Just to echo drumforu, this area is totally overpriced!  I live in Radford right now in a TINNNNY one bedroom apartment. It is literally one bedroom, one small living room, small bathroom, and the so-called “kitchen” is like a wall with some cabinets, mini fridge, sink, and mini stove! It is just a cheap college apartment, and it’s $380 a month… and I was on a waiting list for 5 months to get it!
Drumforu’s suggestion of NorthWinds is worth looking into.
Here is the contact info for you:

NORTHWINDS
2355 N. 4th Street
WYTHEVILLE, VA 24382-4425
Phone: 276-228-8381

You may also want to consider contacting Community Housing Partners and explaining your situation. They may have something available?

1021 Lee Hwy N
Pulaski, VA 24301
540-980-8375

Best of luck!
