Later this month, I’ll be putting my field day skills to the test against some much, much younger opponents. Now, I’m looking for more ideas for my Out of Focus column. Should I arm wrestle your cousin? Should I challenge you to a wood spliting contest? Should I hitchhike across Wythe County? If you have a suggestion for an upcoming column, please post it here. I look foward to hearing from you soon. </p> 2008-04-30T09:16:32-05:00 http://www.swvatoday.com/forums/viewthread/10/ http://www.swvatoday.com/forums/viewthread/10/#When:11:26:35Z <p>Whitetop Mountain Band and Diggin’ Grass will play WCC’s bluegrass and old-time jamboree April 19 from 7-9 p.m. in George Wythe auditorium. <br /> Diggin’ Grass will perform from 7-8 p.m. and the Whitetop Mountain Band will perform from 8-9 p.m. The doors will be open at the George Wythe High School Auditorium beginning at 6 p.m. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
