Tazewell County Grand Jury returns indictments against 56 people

The following is a list of indictments returned by the Tazewell County Grand Jury sitting on May 6, 2008. The Commonwealth presented a total of 58 indictments on 56 individuals with 36 individuals residing in Tazewell County and 20 individuals residing outside of Tazewell County. Of the 20 individuals residing outside of Tazewell County, 12 reside in West Virginia.  Of the 56 individuals indicted, 36 were men and 20 were women. The Grand Jurors returned 55 True Bills and three No True Bills for a total of 172 counts. Twenty-seven indictments were originally sealed pending arrest.
