BEATRICE A. DOTTS
NORTHFIELD, OHIO-Beatrice A. Dotts, 77, beloved wife of the late Philip Dotts, St, loving mother of Martha (Tim) Drotar, Connie (Ron deceased) Weber, Debbie (Cliff) Webb, Philip (Laura) Dotts Jr., Brenda (Richard) Goad, David (Mary) Dotts, Harold (Tina) Dotts, Susan (Robert) Berger and Doris Remar; grandmother of 19; great-grandmother of 16; sister of Clarence (Peggy) Grimes, Frank (Jeannie) Grimes, Jim (Fran) Grimes, Imogene Zupich, Helen (Robert) Hayman, Joyce (Bill) Baker, Cleo (Richard) Spear, Marylou (Renato) Nuti, and the late Walter (Eleanor), Cloyd and Theodore Grimes; died Thursday, April 10, 2008.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Grace Community Church, 10204 Ravenna Road, Twinsburg, OH 44087.
Service was held on Tuesday, April 15, at 11 a.m. at Johnson-Romito, a golden rule funeral home (Rte. 82 one mile west of Rte. 8) Northfield Ctr. Ohio. Burial was in Crown Hill Memorial Park.
I love you Mom. The sky is always the limit.

ERBIE M. HIGGS
COPPER VALLEY-Erbie M. Higgs, 83, passed away April 17, 2008 in a Roanoke Hospital.  Erbie was a life long resident of Floyd County in Copper Valley section. He was a Veteran of WW II serving in the Navy aboard the USS Biloxi.
He was a retired employee of the Lynchburg Foundry.  He was preceded in death by a son-in-law Dale Akers, grandson Ryan Akers, sister Lucille McDaniel, and a brother Gentril Higgs.
He is survived by: two daughters; Donna Gail Altizer of Floyd, Vickie Akers of Radford, five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; brother, Troy Higgs of Willis; sister Margaret Lindsey, Houston, TX, special friend, Glenn King, Radford. 
Funeral service will be Saturday, April 19, at 11:00 a.m. at Gardner Funeral Home .
Rev. Kenny Wurzburger officiated.
Interment followed in Jacksonville Cemetery.

LLOYD EDSEL MCPEAK (MAC)
MORRILTON, ARKANSAS-Lloyd Edsel McPeak, Sr., 78, formerly of Floyd County, passed away on April 13, 2008. He was preceded in death by his parents, Reece McPeak Sr. and Cynthia Flinchum McPeak.
He is survived by: his wife Doris McPeak of Morrilton, Arkansas; sons, Lloyd E. McPeak Jr. and wife Jenny of Livermore, CA, Robert M. McPeak of Humboldt, IA; daughters, Wanda M. Pfifer of Titusville, FL, Susan Hutcheson and husband David of Titusville, FL; brothers, Reece McPeak, Jr., Lee McPeak of Floyd County, David McPeak of Radford; sister, Anna Quesenberry of Snowville; nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
He was a retired US Army veteran. He served in the Vietnam War and received the Bronze Star.  Mac was a member of the VFW, American Legion, and Elks Lodge. Memorial service was in Morrilton, Arkansas on Wednesday, April 16. Another memorial service will be held in Floyd at a later date.
