BYRON J. CARR
COPPER HILL-Byron J. Carr, 78, went to be with his beloved wife, Lorene Carr, on Friday, April 11, 2008. He was also preceded in death by a son, Roger Carr, a daughter-in-law, Vicki Carr, parents, Roy and Dorothy Carr and brother, Leroy Carr.
He is survived by: daughter and son-in-law, Cathy and Larry Romagnolo; son, David Carr; grandson, Shawn Strang, all of Roanoke; granddaughter, Heather Strang, Collinsville; sisters-in-law, Marie Carrr, Floyd, and Irene DeWeese, Roanoke; special friends, Ivadell Janney, Tim Marchon, Frank and Anna Murrie.
Funeral service was held at Oakey’s South Chapel at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 15.
Interment followed in the Copper Hill Cemetery in Floyd County.

Funeral service was held at 2:00 Monday April 14, at the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel, Floyd, with Rev. Roy Turpin and Mr. Dale Belcher officiating.  Interment followed at Boyd Cemetery, Meadows of Dan.  Arrangements by Maberry Funeral Home, Floyd.
